    AA 426-430, AA 426-450

    Specificité

Recognizes chicken tubulin alpha (MW 57kD). Causes the 10nm filaments to collapse into large lateral aggregates collecting in the cell periphery or tight juxtanuclear caps. Does not block microtubule assembly. Does not inhibit polymerization or depolymerization of platelet tubulin in vitro. Blocks (70-80 % ) the ability of tubulin dimers (with GppNHp bound) to promote a stable inhibition of adenylyl cyclase. Species cross-reactivity: bovine, human, porcine, rat, mouse, guinea pig, gerbil and frog.

    Purification

    Protein G purified

    Immunogène

Native chick brain microtubules. Epitope: Localizes between aa 426-450. aa 426-430 are critical for reactivity (2). Cellular Localization: Cytoplasmic.

    Type of Immunogen: Purified protein

    Isotype

    IgG1 kappa
  • Indications d'application

    Approved: IF, IHC, IHC-Fr, IHC-P, IP, WB (1 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Electron Microscopy, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL for 2hrs at RT. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen and formalin/paraffin): 1:200 for 20 min at RT. Immunoprecipitation (Native and denatured): 2 μg/mg protein lysate using Protein G. Positive control: LS174T, MAD109 cells. Skin or lung.
